Clubhouse Positions
Banquet Server / Bartender - who will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests at banquet functions and club events. We are looking for someone with banquet experience, but will consider someone with two years of serving and bartending experience. Must be 18 or over and have a current driver's license.
Food & Beverage Manager - Responsible for overseeing the Club's daily à la carte service teams in dining operations in the Grille, the Bar, and The Tavern. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, maintaining operational and financial accountability, and overseeing the Club's liquor, beer, and wine (LBW) program.
The ideal candidate is a motivated restaurant leader who takes ownership of daily operations, excels at hiring, training, and developing employees, and fosters a positive, service-oriented team culture. Strong hospitality and organizational skills are essential, while wine and beverage expertise is highly desirable.
Schedule: Primarily Wednesday–Sunday, with flexibility required based on the Club’s event and operating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of progressive restaurant or food and beverage management Experience in a private country club, upscale restaurant, hotel, or similar environment. Prior success in leading, training, motivating, and developing front-of-house teams.
