Clubhouse Positions

Ala Carte Restaurant Servers - We are seeking Ala Carte Servers who are motivated and dependable to join our Food & Beverage team. Our servers deliver exceptional member service in a warm, upscale, and team-focused environment. If you enjoy hospitality, work well under pressure, and want to grow in a professional setting, this is an excellent opportunity. Previous restaurant serving experience is a plus. This is a part-time position for those 18 or over who function well in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork.  A weekly service charge bonus is given.

Banquet Server/Bartender - We currently have an opening for a Banquet Server / Bartender who will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests at banquet functions and club events. We are looking for someone with banquet experience, but will consider someone with two years of serving and bartending experience. This experience needs to be on your resume to be considered. We offer a flexible schedule, a free employee meal, and a great place to work. Must be 18 or over and have a current driver's license.rvice charge bonus and a free shift meal are included.

Banquet Set-up  / Houseman - We are in need of an Event / Banquet Set-up person responsible for setting up and tearing down furniture and equipment for a variety of events at our facility. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have flexible availability (especially mornings both week-day and week-end), be reliable, able to follow directions, prioritize tasks, work independently, and work under supervision. Experience setting up for events is preferred, but not necessary. A current, valid driver's license is absolutely required.

Grounds Department

🌿 Seasonal Groundskeeper – Golf Course Maintenance
📍 Bent Creek Country Club - Lititz, PA
💲 $20/hour | April–November
 
Looking for steady outdoor work with a consistent schedule and a professional team? We’re hiring seasonal groundskeepers for the full golf season — April through November.

Do you love working outdoors and keeping landscapes looking their best?  We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented team member to maintain all landscape bed areas throughout our community.

You’ll Do The Following:  • Weed, mulch, prune, and maintain beds; • Mow small grass areas on select landscape beds; • Monitor plant health; • Keep common areas looking sharp; • Assist on the golf course
 
We’re looking for: • Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred; • A current, valid Driver’s License; • Hardworking, independent, and team-oriented; • Comfortable working outdoors

Gatehouse Positions

Gatehouse Attendants - We are currently accepting inquiry forms and resumes for this position. Gatehouse Attendants work 6 hour shifts and must typically be avaialble for more then pne shift, which are 6:00 AM to noon, noon to 6:00 PM, 6 PM to midnight, and midnight to 6 AM.. Candidates must be mature, responsible, and able to work independently. This is the perfect position for a retired person.
