Chris has spent 17 years in the food and beverage industry. When not at work, Chris spends time at home with wife, two-and-a-half-year-old daughter (with another on the way in June!), and three dogs. Chris’s hobbies include gardening during the spring and summer. Often times, vegetables from Chris’s garden work their way into our weekly features. He has a passion for using local ingredients and can often be found at Central Market or other local markets sourcing the freshest ingredients for the club.

Emmit joined the Bent Creek team in 2018. He started in the kitchen and transitioned his way to the Front of House. Now, Emmit can be found anywhere around the club from hosting your banquet, making your orange crush poolside and anywhere else there is a need! When Emmit is not at Bent Creek he spends his time coaching or playing basketball , hanging out with his dog, or playing video games.

Adam was born Allentown, Pa however I spent most of my life in Danville, P. Adam relocated to Lancaster PA and took his first full time cooking job at Tobias S. Frogg in Lancaster and then moved onto The Log Cabin. Adam has been a member of the Bent Creek family for fourteen years. From breakfast (while it lasted), to lunch, dinner and the original grill, Adam has experience in almost all the culinary roles at Bent Creek. When Adam is not at work, he is busy with his three sons! Ryder, his oldest, is 17 and a junior at Manheim Township high school with a passion for the game of golf. Westyn, 12 years old, plays baseball, football and of course video games. Dylan, 8 years old, also plays baseball and basketball. Between working at Bent Creek and his crew of 3 boys, there isn't much time left for anything else.
