Brandon is a Lancaster native with over 20 years of culinary experience. His career began at 12 in his uncle's pizza shop, Famous Pizza, and has since flourished with roles at renowned establishments, including The Hamilton Club, The Belvedere, C’est la Vie, and Josephine’s Downtown. For the past five years, he has worked under Michelin-trained Chef Daniel LeBoon, mastering techniques like sous vide, molecular gastronomy, traditional French cuisine, and pastry fundamentals.
Outside the kitchen, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley, their daughter Madison Marie, and their newly adopted puppy, Bella. He dedicates one Monday a month to volunteering at Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development, sharing his passion for cooking with children.
