Chef Henry Romanowski grew up in New Jersey where his parents owned The Airport Lounge so cooking has been a lifestyle for him since his childhood.
Henry has been an Executive Chef since 1992 working around the world for such companies as Trump Marina, Hilton Hotels, Norwegian Cruise Lines and most recently Eastport Yacht Club in Annapolis, MD. He has helped open three hotels, one conference center, four restaurants, ne cruise ship and a remodel of the Yacht Club.
Henry is a member of the American Culinary Federation and has an Associate of Occupational Studies degree from the Culinary Institute of America where he continues to study. Henry is very active in staying up to date on new food trends, including Sous-Vide cooking and international cuisine. We look forward to his expertise in staff development, financial management and Serve-Safe.
