Jason “Jay” Hnatuick, originally is from Reading, PA, graduated from Le Cordon Blue, Atlanta with a degree in Occupational Sciences in Culinary Arts. Afterwards he worked for The Ritz Carlton Buckhead for several years moving up the ranks. In 2011, Jay joined the team at Atlanta Athletic Club as a Sous Chef, then ultimately Chef De Cuisine. There he participated in catering events such as 2014 US Amateur and a fundraiser for a presidential candidate. Jason returned to Pennsylvania in 2016 and joined Chester Valley Golf Club as Executive Sous Chef where he put an emphasis on fresh house made and locally sourced products for its members. When Jason isn’t working, he enjoys playing with his two border collies, fishing, reading about food trends and exploring new recipes. He’s happy and grateful for the opportunity to be leading the Bent Creek Culinary Team and looks forward to continuing providing its members to new and interesting culinary delights.
